If you need to file a claim, please contact your agent; or you are welcome to visit https://claim.frederickmutual.com/claims, you will need your policy number to file a claim online. You may also call our office, our claims representatives have online tools to assist you throughout the claims process.

Business Interruption claims for COVID-19 are typically not covered under commercial insurance contracts, however, each claim will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis.

Policyholders should endeavor to protect their property that is unoccupied while shelter in place orders are in effect. Property should be periodically assessed to ensure the property remains intact.
